Tumis Penne Tabur Keju

Bahan:
200 gr penne, rebus matang
½ bh bawang bombay, cincang halus
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
3 bh cabai rawit, iris tipis
3 lbr daging asap, iris tipis panjang
1 sdm tepung terigu
100 ml susu cair
½ sdt garam
1 sdt lada hitam bubuk
3 sdm keju parmesan, untuk taburan
3 sdm mentega untuk menumis

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih dan cabai rawit sampai harum.
2. Tambahkan tepung terigu, masukkan susu cair aduk sampai rata dan licin.
3. Masukkan susu cair, garam dan lada hitam, aduk rata. Tambahkan penne rebus dan daging asap, aduk rata.
4. Angkat, hidangkan hangat dengan taburan keju parmesan.

Untuk 3 Orang

Tips:
Setelah pasta matang, segera angkat, tambahkan sedikit minyak zaitun, aduk rata. Ini agar pasta tidak lengket.
