Resep Satai : Satai Ayam Manis

Satai ayam yang satu ini pasti disukai anak-anak. Rasanya sedikit manis dengan aroma bawang sehingga tak perlu dicocol dengan saus lagi. Aroma wanginya pasti membuat mereka tak sabar ingin mencicipinya! Bikin yuk!

Bahan:
500 g daging ayam tanpa tulang
1 sdm minyak sayur
3 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm kecap asin
Bumbu, haluskan:
2 sdm bawang merah goreng
2 siung bawang putih
½ sdt ketumbar, sangrai
1 sdt garam


Cara membuat:


  • Potong-potong daging ayam ukuran 3x2 x ½ cm.
  • Aduk potongan ayam dengan minyak, kecap dan bumbu halus hingga rata.
  • Diamkan selama 30 menit.
  • Tusuki tip 4-5 potong daging ayam berbumbu dengan tusuk satai.
  • Panggang di atas bara api sambil balik-balik hingga matang kedua sisinya.
  • Angkat, sajikan hangat.
