Bahan:
200 g daging ikan kakap/kerapu, potong-potong
200 g sawi putih, potong-potong
200 g tofu, potong-potong
Kuah:
2 sdm minyak sayur
1/2 sdt minyak wijen
1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
2 butir bawang merah, cincang halus
1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
2 sdt cabai merah giling
750 ml kaldu ikan
2 sdm kecap ikan
2 sdm saus tomat
1 sdt gula pasir
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
3 sdm air jeruk nipis
2 sdt garam
Taburan:
1 sdm kucai, iris halus
Cara membuat:
- Kuah: Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga layu.
- Masukkan daun bawang dan cabai merah giling, aduk hingga harum.
- Tuangi kaldu dan bumbu, didihkan.
- Masukkan daging ikan, didihkan kembali.
- Tambahkan sawi dan tofu, didihkan hingga layu.
- Angkat, sajikan segera.
